God of wonder

17 02 2011

Hello friends and welcome to another edition of bible word of God. Today, we talk about the Supernatural recognizing God as the wonder working God. Many people today don’t believe that God does the same kind of miracles in our present day and age as He did in days of old. That He’s still the same miracle working, all powerful God now as He always been in times of old. The bible tells us about God in Psalm 77:14 that “You are the God who performs miracles. You have made your strength known among the nations. (Hebrew 13:8)

The bible also tells us that “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Don’t get carried away by all kinds of unfamiliar teachings. Gaining inner strength from God’s kindness is good for us. Heb 13:8 -9a

Miracles occur when God intervenes in the affairs of man when they are powerless to overcome obstacles on their own. You see, God gave us dominion over all He created in the world and told us to tend it. That means it’s up to us, the sons and daughters of God to establish His will upon the whole earth in every situation and circumstance we may face.

“God blessed them and said, “Be fertile, increase in number, fill the earth, and be its master. Rule the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that crawl on the earth.” – Genesis 1:28

So if we (God’s Creation) just sit around waiting and doing nothing but believing that God will take care of all our debts via a paycheck that drops from heaven on the 25th of every month to overcome our financial challenges, we are definitely not fulfilling God’s plan for us. Instead of sitting down doing nothing and waiting for bread to drop on our table, lets take time out to ask God to show us how to fulfill his plan and purpose in Christ Jesus. And when He reveals that to us, His Super being is then added to our natural effort which is what we call Supernatural.

Step out today and make the Word of God your daily companion for out of it are the issues pertaining to life and godliness.
